Please keep in mind this money back guarantee refund only applies to your first year of service with Key Vacation Rentals. Refunds will not be issued for violation of Key Vacation Rental's terms of service.

Indemnity
Each Person using the Website, in so doing, thereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from such Person's use of the material or your breach of the terms of these Terms of Service.
